While searching for some trendy, local, folk-type art I stumbled upon this website http://www.dirtycoast.com/ Right now our soon-to-be kitchen has reds,yellows and blues. Matthew has two great pieces of art that I had been drooling over in Jackson Square for over a year, and by chance his sweet mom just happen to buy both of the originals for him. At the moment they are in storage, but pics will come soon. We have these IKAT tea towels from Furbish Studio this little number from Dirty Coast is about to be the next purchase for our laid back funky kitchen...
